Our bracelet sizes are displayed in inches and are measured by the inside circumference. This can be very difference from a straight end-to-end measurement. To find the size which will best fit you, we recommend that you measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure, just below the wrist bone where your bracelet would normally be worn. For the most comfortable fit, the measuring tape should not be wrapped tightly against your wrist; neither should it be so loose that it slips over your hand.

Please note that each of our pearls has a unique shape, making pinpoint measurements very difficult. Be aware that there is approximately a 1/4 inch tolerance on the length of our thread strung items.

Thread strung pearls should be restrung and reknotted every 3 months to 2 years depending on the frequency of wear.

Pearls are individually and organically created, and each is unique. Please remember when purchasing jewelry from Kristen Diana Designs that your item will look very similar to our stock photos but will not be an exact replica. Kristen Diana Designs will provide returns or exchanges for items purchased from us which are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage if the return shipment is initiated within 30 days of our original shipment date. Refunds and exchanges include the purchase price of the item but exclude return shipping costs and any express shipping costs for the original purchase. No return or refund is available after 30 days from the original shipment date of the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached, and the original item must first be received by Kristen Diana Designs before the exchange or refund is provided.

Transactions cancelled within 24 hours of the date and time of purchase will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after 24 hours of that time will need to utilize the return process. Please refer to the return policy.

Please verify that your address is correct upon check-out. Be sure to fill out the shipping address section in check-out if it is different than your billing address.

There is typically a 24 to 48 hour processing time before shipping. Items mailed via USPS First Class have an average delivery time of 3-5 business days for US addresses. Items mailed via USPS Mail Express have an overnight delivery guarantee to most business US addresses. Items mailed via First-Class Mail International can take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Most shipments will include delivery tracking updates.

International shipments may require you to pay import duty and tax on your purchases from our store. Our business does not collect international taxes or duties and we are not responsible for their payment. The duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not eligible for reimbursement. Shipments cannot be marked as ‘gifts’ for the purpose of avoiding taxes.
